1. About these terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website at pawsitivet.com ("the Site") and any purchase of products marketed under the Pawsitivet brand ("Products"). The Site and the Pawsitivet brand are owned and operated by Veglia Imports Co., Ltd., a company registered in Thailand with its registered office at 4/98 Klong Thaweewattana Road, Bang Khae Nuea, Bang Khae, Bangkok 10160, Thailand ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing the Site or purchasing Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase the Products.

2. Eligibility

To use the Site and purchase Products you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

3. Products

Pawsitivet Products are registered as supplemental food for cats and dogs in Thailand. They are intended to be fed in accordance with the directions printed on each Product. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Always consult a qualified veterinary professional before giving any supplement to a pet that is unwell, on medication, pregnant, lactating, or under 12 weeks of age.

Product images and descriptions on the Site are provided for illustrative purposes. Actual Products may vary slightly in appearance due to natural ingredient variation, lot-to-lot differences, or packaging updates. Ingredient panels and dose declarations on the Product packaging are authoritative.

4. Orders and pricing

Where the Site enables direct online ordering, all orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for reasons of incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.

Prices and shipping fees are displayed in Thai Baht (THB) unless otherwise stated and are inclusive of applicable Thai value-added tax (VAT) where it applies. International shipping, where offered, may incur additional customs duties and taxes for which you are responsible.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, photographs, illustrations, logos, the "Pawsitivet" and "Pawsitive+" brand marks, product names and packaging design — is owned by Veglia Imports Co., Ltd. or licensed to it, and is protected by Thai and international intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify or commercially exploit any such content without our prior written consent.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or any related infrastructure;
  • Interfere with the normal operation of the Site, including via scraping, denial-of-service attacks, or automated harvesting of contact details;
  • Submit false or misleading information through any contact form or order process;
  • Use the Site or Product to harm any animal or in a manner inconsistent with the on-pack feeding directions.

8. User-submitted content

If you submit content to us — for example, via the contact form, product reviews (when launched), or social media tags — you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and distribute that content in connection with our marketing of the Pawsitivet brand. You warrant that you own or have permission to share any submitted content and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties — express or implied — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from harmful components.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, in no event shall Veglia Imports Co., Ltd., its directors, employees, agents or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or the Products. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product(s) giving rise to the claim, or THB 5,000, whichever is greater.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, liability, demand or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or the Products.

12. Modifications

We may amend these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
